 DESCRIPTION:

The Systeng® Model SEP3 Chick / Waste Separator Type SEP3 is designed for small to medium sized hatcheries. The machines is easy to install and its compact design enables it to be fitted inot a small area between chick room and and washroom.

OPERATION:

The chicks are tipped onto the infeed belt conveyor manually or by an optional automatic tipper. The chicks are then conveyed towards the roller conveyor which automatically separates the chicks from waste and debris (patented system). The chicks are transported by a conveyor at a lower level to an outfeed conveyor. The waste falls down into a hopper which can be connected to a vacuum system or an auger for easy removal.
