The Systeng® line of Industrial Grade Washers feature a low profile, modular design that conveniently adapts to your plant's present and future needs. Many different model types are available.
Trays are loaded (manually or automatically) into the entrance end of the washer either lenghtwise or widthwise. Durable plated steel chains carry dirty tray through separate wash and rinse sections. High pressure dependable pumps circulate water through a large number of high volume spray nozzles for complete washing of the trays. For maximum cleaning, the wash water is heated via a copper heat exchanger coils contained within each water reservoir tank. |

Standard SYSTENG® Industrial Washers are manufactured with a rugged 304 stainless steel frame, chassis and filter screens. The nozzles, nozzle piping and heat exchangers are constructed of copper or brass. The unit's shafts, sprockets and chains are plated steel.
Optional features include: stainless steel shafts, sprockets, chains, nozzles, nozzle piping and coil heat exchangers. |
